Not worth my time but good idea
Not really worth the effort to go through the maze. There's no skill involved and the maze is very repetitive, I almost swore the maze was repeating while going North-West when I saw the exact same layout a few times, but I finally reached the end.
Just a screen with some text? Really? I was hoping for atleast something cool, but it seems this game is just a lure and an attempt at some witty way of being "philosophical" but it doesn't really change my thinking in any way, nor does it entertain me at all. It fails as a medium of philosophy and entertainment. The idea itself was interesting but the presentation and everything really, including the repetitive creepy music just was bad. Sorry to say, but it was overall not a very good flash.
Alice is Dead - Ep 3

Excellent Work as always!
Great job to the entire team who made this possible.
Hania: Your music as always is amazing. Your work with Tarboy gave me a small glimpse into your artistic talent, and this completely solidified it. Your music is always extremely high-quality, and has never let me down. I would suggest even putting these games on your resume if you ever plan to apply somewhere. You are a superb musician and composer!
DavidOrr: I have nothing to say really. You are already making it with games like Castle Crashers, and your music is always superb. I think I've mentioned this on your songs before, so I won't ramble. I love your music, it's great.
TomaMoto: We've seen your comedy side with Girlchan and various others, and I thought that was "your" thing. You completely turned it around with Alice is dead, and threw me for a spin. I was surprised to see your name in the credits, and I'm glad. You are a superb voice actor who deserves credit.
Swain: We've seen your skill in voices, animation, and creativity. You've done excellent work all the time, and I hope you continue this to work at somewhere like Dreamworks. Your skill and creativity is needed in an industry that is slowly dying off. (Studio Ghibli may be shutting down soon /tear)
Hyptosis: You are a fabulous artist. The art for this game completely blew me away and destroyed all notions of what I thought of flash games. This is after I have seen the likes of Tarboy and Waterlollies too. This made a similar impression on me in all aspects. It's was fantastically done and I can see no improvements be made. Everything was absolutely top-notch.
Andy & Crystal: You both contributed fantastically to this amazing game. Best of luck to continuing in the field if you wish and I hope you do well.
Mike: This game has been fantastically programmed. The writing was amazing and I have never seen such a solid flash game before. This is the best flash game I've ever played, and would place it above many commercial games I have played. I hope one day you work for a great company, either independently or for a studio where you can run free creatively, and do great work.
Overall: The game itself is fantastic. Every section, voices, animation, writing, style, come together to create a wonderfully crafted world that you all helped to create. The plot kept me waiting for the next one each time, and I am satisfied with the ending. I see why you ended it the way you did, and it was an interesting turn of events.
***SPOILER***
The ending reminded me of Jet Li's Hero in that the entire game leads up to an ending, and then it completely turns it on you. You never led us down the linear path we expected, and there were twists at every section. The Hatter's laugh gets me every single damn time.
This is one of the best piece of works I've ever seen. You are the kind of people that will craft the next Bioshock, or Arkham Asylum, or something great. You are the kinds of people who can create something that defies all logic and pulls everything together to make something amazing.
I'm left speechless after this game, it's just... perfect. I look forward to more work from everyone, because this was just great.

Excellent Game
Very spooky, interesting storyline. Very well-done with the sounds and music. Very high quality. Definitely can't wait for Episode 3.
TomaMoto did a very professional job voice-acting this one! Props to him!
To the person below: Read about Breaking the Hatter's Code. There might be a hint in there for finding the password. ;)

-Orr- Heroic Confrontation

Memorable, Quality, Power
Heroic Confrontation I find is a piece that is memorable and brings back thoughts of a good game. Like any other well-composed game piece, it brings back nostalgia and memories and you know the exact part of the game it's from, what game it's from, etc. It's one of those pieces that will make you remember a composer's name (Nobuo Uematsu is one case, with the Final Fantasy series)
Everything flows well, it's very smooth and a well-crafted piece for a fight scene. It all moves together excellently and is what I consider a professional quality piece. This sets a standard for game music and is deserving of a pedigree of flash game music: Standards have never been set this high before.
DavidOrr, you have proved yourself a fine composer. The most important thing in the industry is getting your music out there, and you have done so with a fine variety of pieces. I believe you could confidently send someone your audio portal page as your portfolio, it speaks for itself. Certain pieces like this hold extra memorable quality due to the game attached to it and this piece is a top-notch piece of work.
Best of luck to ye.

Very good, but some staccato and sudden chord chan
Not quite Ambient, a lot of chord changes. The chords starting at around 1:16, especially the ones sweeping up in pitch remind me of the Water Levels in Mario 64. This is a very calming song, and very easy to listen to on repeat. It's certainly good, but it has some sudden changes that make it less ambient.
Other than that, it's very excellent. Very calming, except some of the chords are also quite staccato. Like around 2:00.
Very good work.
It might not be completely ambient, but I didn't know which genre to put it under.
Thanks for the review!

NOT Stolen - Great work!
Below @ Greeno666: If you haven't realized, he IS FROM PHOENIX PROJECT.
He is the artist of this song, and he just uploaded it to Newgrounds LATER.
Do your research!
Anyways, excellent song. Not a fan of the song itself but an excellent song nonetheless. All your CT music is great! Excellent work!

Cool.
I gave this a 5 and it lowered your score by 0.02! SORRY! I DIDN'T MEAN TO!
Anyways, I like your art. It's simple, eloquent, and detailed. Your style of cel-shading is beautiful and really reminds me of such professional drawings such as the Dragonball Kai Opening (*DROOL*).
Some of those weapons are really cool, and this is a really amazing art piece.
I think the portal is broken.

Not beautiful, but it's pretty damn funny.
I laugh every time because I think of the Street Fighter collab.
For the purpose this artwork was made, it works very well in your favour and this level of art is fine when used to it's advantage. This picture is in some eyes, poorly drawn but I find it quite funny which in my eyes, is good. Not every picture has to be an epic from someone like Hao Liu or Chang Liu (Two VERY EXCELLENT artists. You can see some art in the FAN ART section on the World Of Warcraft Website)

The art was alright but try and put a bit more effort in last time. When he faced towards the house, there was no animation at all. Characters don't have to move a lot when they talk, but they don't just stand there doing nothing etiher. Some of the emotions were drawn quite well (I had a chuckle or two) but the concept wasn't too great. Keep your animation consistent and come up with a solid concept and I could see you nabbing a good score in the portal.
As you said yourself, you didn't really know where you were going with the story and that's ultimately the fatal flaw of this animation. I'd love to see something from you in the future that's been storyboarded and is a bit more consistent with the art and animation.

Amazing!
All the authors were fantastic but Mr Lange just took the show. From the entire idea just shocking me to the laughing which just made me completely burst out laughing (Doesn't happen very often), it was fantastic. Definitely did not see that end coming (Although it should of been obvious). Excellent work by everyone involved!

This feels like those shitty cartoons that you watch when home sick, and they usually have stupid concepts, but you love them anyways. The concept is clearly stupid here but it comes out with hilarity and personality. Each artist puts out a unique personality and I love each character, each one is interesting. Gotta love Africa Dudes!
